Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is included in my cleaning?

Your membership includes one monthly maintenance cleaning of the entire apartment—kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment, and your first Initial Cleaning is included.

What's not included?

Laundry, dishes, inside appliances or cabinets, closets, heavy organizing, moving furniture, and detailed stain, grout, or restoration-level cleaning.

Why is there a 3-month minimum?

Every membership starts with a more extensive Initial Cleaning. Instead of charging you an additional first-clean fee, we cover the extra cost. In return, memberships begin with a three-month commitment.

Does one membership cover the entire apartment?

Yes. One membership covers the entire apartment, including all roommates’ bedrooms and bathrooms. The monthly price is for the apartment—not each roommate—so the cost can be split between residents.

What happens after I sign up?

We’ll reach out to handle the final details, confirm apartment access, and schedule your Initial Cleaning. Cleanings begin September 7, with appointments available from then on. From there, we handle the rest.
